This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

I'll tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.

Hi there, I'm David, The Dream Body Coach, and I have created a community of ‘DREAM BODY WARRIORS’, and it's my mission to help them achieve their dream body to look like a fitness model, all without giving up the foods they love or doing meaningless training.

You see, I believe in chasing down goals, breaking insecurities, building self-confidence and together fighting for progress to look and feel amazing in your own skin, even when it gets tough! I do NOT stand for fad diets, quick fixes or people that tell you to be anything other than what YOU want to be!
If you want to look like a fitness model, then go for it, it’s your life, who are they to tell you otherwise! There is absolutely no reason you can’t have the body of your dreams, and you don't have to go to extreme measures to get it! My wife, my greatest inspiration, is where my passion for helping other women comes from. It was a few months after having our first child when I saw her losing her confidence because of how her body had changed due to the pregnancy and becoming a new mum. What made it even harder for her mentally was that she hated dieting. So, seeing her like this, feeling down, having lost herself in a way, we decided to try something a little different, and she got the best results ever and kept them. When I said let's have another baby, she had no concerns with getting her pre-baby body back. She knew it would be easy to do, because we had learned how to find her sweet spot, allowing her to still eat all her favorite foods, like ice-cream, and chocolate. Seeing how she felt about herself when she was happy with her body, compared to when she wasn't is what has inspired me to create this incredible program that I am so passionate about. My mission is to empower and equip other women with the knowledge of how to get into the best shape of their lives, even after having children, and become confident and happy 'Dream Body Warriors'. Since then, we have had 3 other babies, YES, WE HAVE 4 CHILDREN, and every time Caroline got pregnant, she didn't dread having to lose the baby weight afterwards because she knew she could get her body back into shape without it feeling like torture! Over the past 23 years I have helped countless women achieve their dream body. I have also used my skills to produce many champion fitness and bikini competitors. All this experience of creating fitness model bodies, with my sweet spot nutrition system, and my passion for helping women feel confident with their bodies is what my Dream Body 4 Life Program is all about.
